2. Self-guided resources
We have a library of videos for maintaining your hearing aids, from changing batteries to connecting your hearing aids to you mobile phone.
3. Six-monthly check-up for the hearing aid
We recommend coming to see us every six months to make sure your hearing aid is working as well as it can.
*If your hearing aid needs to be sent to the manufacturers for repair, is out of warranty and you are not part of the Oneplan scheme, repair charges will apply.
