Running low on batteries?
As part of the ongoing support and aftercare you get with Audika, you don’t need to pay for any batteries for the first 3 years of your hearing aid’s life.
If you’re running low on hearing aid batteries, the best thing to do is stop by your local Audika clinic to pick up some replacements.
But we understand that this isn’t always possible. So, alternatively, you can either email us at contact@audika.co.uk or call us on 0800 6346 792.
Remember: if you email us, make sure to include your Audika customer number (this starts with a ‘C’ followed by 8 digits).

Stop by your local Audika clinic to collect replacement batteries. Alternatively, email or call us using the contact details above
- If you email us, please include your Audika customer number and phone number. We’ll call you just to confirm your order and make sure you’re ordering the right batteries for your hearing aids.
- You should receive your batteries within 2–4 working days.
