Your hearing care is continuing… with Audika

Yes – all hearing aids will be covered within warranty. Out of warranty, there will be a surcharge of between £179–£299 for repair, depending on the type of hearing aids.

If you have purchased the extended warranty plan by Hearbase, we will honour this. If you have an accessories package, your local Audika clinic will fulfil this requirement.

Yes, we will.

Please contact your local Audika clinic.

You can book an appointment by calling us on freephone 0800 0372 080, or by booking online.

Yes, if your hearing aid device isn’t working properly and is within warranty, we’ll be able to repair your aids free of charge. If your aid is out of warranty, you’ll need to pay for the repair or, if they are unrepairable, pay for a new hearing aid. Contact your local Audika clinic for more information.

All the data has been securely transferred to Audika, although details of your current wax filters and domes may need to be checked by your local hearing clinic.

With the exception of Bromley and Bexleyheath, all clinics remain open. For Bromley and Bexleyheath, we will now see you at our Audika clinics, which are only minutes away from the old Hearbase clinics. If you previously visited Bromley or Bexleyheath, you should have received a letter with all information you need.

We also offer home visits.

All our audiologists are registered with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are all members of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).
