Information on how to enter the prize draw, and the prize, form part of these conditions of entry.

The promoter is Audika Hearing Care Ltd, whose registered office is at Meadow House, Medway Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1HL.
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 19 years or over except employees of Audika and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry is by attendance to a no-obligation hearing test at an Audika clinic in the UK, or having an Audika home appointment. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
You cannot enter the prize draw if you've made a Hearing Aid purchase from Hidden Hearing or Amplifon at any time in the past, or if you've had a hearing test with Hidden Hearing or Amplifon within the last twelve months. If you win and are subsequently found to have been ineligible to enter you will be disqualified from the competition and a new winner will be chosen.
Excludes wax appointments.
Only one test is eligible to be entered into the prize draw and the test appointment attended will not be eligible for any other competitions/prize draws that may be running at the same time.
The hearing test must be booked between 1 July – 31 August. Closing date for entry will be the 31 August 2026 at 11:59pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The hearing test needs to be attended before September 21, 2026. The winners will be notified week commencing 28 September, 2025.
If the entrant books a hearing test between 1 July–31 August, and has a hearing test scheduled before 21 September but needs to reschedule, they may do so only once, and needs to be completed before 21 September to be a valid entry. Entrants who reschedule their appointment more than once will no longer be eligible for the giveaway.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The prize is as follows: The prize awarded is a £4,000 package holiday with travel agent provider Hays Travel via our acting partner, Active International. This can be used to cover flights, accommodation and transport. There is no cash alternative.
The winner(s) shall be directed to Active’s travel team UKTravel@activeinternational.com to book their holiday. Active to respond within 24 working hours of receiving email.
Holiday will be up to £4,000 value, no change/credit will be given to winner if they book a lesser value holiday.
If the winner wants to book a holiday in excess of £4,000, they may pay the additional in cash to Hays, subject to their availability.
Holiday must be booked within 12 months of the prize being won (the holiday can be further away, but the booking must be made within 12 months).

The winner will be notified by telephone and email week commencing 28 September.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrants’ prior consent.

It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas and anything else required to enter the country where the holiday is booked for.
Audika shall not be responsible or liable in the event that the holiday is cancelled, or you are unable to travel. You should ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover all relevant liabilities. Subject to their terms and conditions, responsibility for your holiday rests exclusively with Hays Travel or the holiday provider. It is the winner’s responsibility to check who is responsible or liable in the event of delays or cancellation.
